Inflation rate in the Philippines escalated to 6.9 percent in September 2022 from 6.3 percent in August. This leads to the country’s average inflation rate of 5.1 percent. Inflation rate of the country in September 2021 was posted at 4.2 percent.

The inflation rate in the Philippines soared to 6.4 percent in July 2022 from 6.1 percent in June. However, Ilocos Region recorded a decrease in the inflation rate at 6.3 percent in July 2022, which was lower than that in June at 6.5 percent.

The inflation rate in the Philippines increased from 5.4 percent in May 2022 to 6.1 percent in June. Meanwhile, Ilocos Region recorded an inflation rate at 6.5 percent in June 2022, which was higher than that in May at 5.7 percent.
