Determined to reach the target goal, PSA Pangasinan has set strategies to increase the PhilSys Registration output including the PhilSys On Wheels. In this mode of mobile registration, PSO is authorized to conduct registration using PSO vehicles and hired tricycle units. Registration on wheels includes house-to-house registration for unregistered population who are physically incapable of going to any Registration Center across the province, such as but not limited to Senior Citizens, Persons with Disability, and people who are bedridden. The initiative undoubtedly helped boost the number of registrations.
