The Philippine Statistics Authority - Regional Statistical Services Office I (PSA - RSSO I) is currently conducting the 2023 Updating of List of Aquaculture Farms (ULAF) which commenced on 10 July 2023.

The ULAF aims to collect data and information on all aquafarms in the country. The information will be used for the continuous development of statistical sampling frame for quarterly aquaculture surveys of the PSA. The updating activity will involve listing and geotagging of aquafarms in the provinces.

Data items to be collected in the listing are as follows:

• Name and Address of the Aquafarm . Legal Form of Organization 
• Type of Aquafarm 
• Water Environment 
• Culture System 
• Management System 
• Area 
• Volume 
• Type of Species Cultured

This statistical undertaking is being conducted as part of PSA's continuous efforts towards the improvement of its fisheries surveys and statistics. Thus, the office enjoins all the aquafarm operators to participate in the survey by providing the information needed. Authorized PSA interviewers will visit the aquaculture farm to conduct a personal interview. All information collected shall be kept strictly confidential as provided under Republic Act 10625.
