Results of the 2023 HECS will be used as inputs in the formulation and implementation of the energy plans, policies, programs, and relevant energy research.

The data collection will be conducted from 17 June to 19 July 2024. It covers approximately 1,614 household samples which are deemed sufficient to provide reliable estimates of energy consumption at the regional level.
