In cooperation with the Provincial Government of Pangasinan and Local Government Units (LGUs) across the province, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office continues to encourage the parents and guardians to register their children ages 1 to 4 years old in the National ID System.
PSA Pangasinan’s initiative for the registration drive paves the way in informing the public that it is indeed important and beneficial for their children to be National ID-registered. With the successful pilot implementation of the National ID “Rehistro Bulilit” Campaign last August 2024 in Alaminos City, Urdaneta City, Rosales, and Dagupan City, PSA Pangasinan continued the campaign in Lingayen, San Carlos City, Bolinao, Bayambang, Malasiqui, San Fabian, Sta. Maria, Urbiztondo, Anda, Bautista, Laoac, Sta. Barbara, Burgos, Manaoag, Dasol, San Quintin, Pozorrubio, Binalonan, Calasiao, Tayug, Infanta, Alcala, San Jacinto, Mabini, Mapandan, and Balungao last September 2024; and previously circled the towns of Bani, Agno, Mangaldan, Natividad, Sison, Binmaley, Villasis, Umingan, and Sual for the month of October 2024.
With the overall goal of the PSA to increase the figures of the registration in the National ID System, the “Rehistro Bulilit” Campaign was one of the strategies and Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office gathered a total of 6,849 registration output from the campaign since the well-rounded implementation.
With the striving dedication, PSA Pangasinan will continuously conduct the National ID “Rehistro Bulilit” Campaign in the province to contribute to the nation’s goal to provide valid proof of identity for all citizens.
