The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office led by Chief Statistical Specialist Edgar M. Norberte spearheaded the Inauguration of the Civil Registration Service at the Government Center in Brgy. Carmay East, Rosales, Pangasinan.

The gathering commenced with a Thanksgiving Mass officiated by Rev. Father Larry Hortaleza, followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Sec. Conrado M. Estrella III of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Municipal Mayor of Rosales Liam S. Cezar, Deputy National Statistician Dir. Clemente S. Manaog, Regional Director Sheila O. De Guzman, and CSS Edgar M. Norberte.

The inauguration received an overwhelming support from barangay officials, municipal mayors and councilors from Rosales and other municipalities in eastern Pangasinan extending beyond neighboring provinces of Tarlac and Nueva Ecija. Also, present in the event are officials from Unisys Managed Services Corporation, being the private partner of the PSA for the project.

CRS Rosales is the second outlet of PSA Pangasinan, in addition to the operating outlet in Calasiao, this significant milestone will cater more clients as it officially opened April 22, 2024. The services to be offered in the new CRS outlet are authentication, electronic endorsement and copy issuance of civil registry documents such as Certificate of Live Birth, Marriage, Death, and request for Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) and Certificate of No Death (CENODEATH).

The putting up of the new CRS outlet in Rosales is a breakthrough with the collaborative efforts between PSA and LGU Rosales as it provides accessible and convenient public service, not only to the people of Rosales but also those from nearby towns. PSA proves its commitment in delivering quality and efficient civil registration services closer to the people.
