The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) conducted the Community- Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Nationwide Rollout in 2022 and was participated by 36 Local Government Units (LGUs) in Ilocos Region, 17 PSA-funded municipalities and 19 LGU-funded municipalities. One of the participating LGUs of Ilocos Region and fully-funded by PSA is the municipality of Santa Catalina, Ilocos Sur.

One of the major activities and highlights of the 2022 CBMS is the conduct of Data Turnover Ceremony (DTC). It aims to officially turn over the CBMS data to the participating LGUs. The event serves as a venue to present the highlights of the 2022 CBMS results and an opportunity for LGUs to discuss their future plans and programs using the CBMS data.
