ILOCOS REGION. As of 30 April 2023, the Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office I (PSA – RSSO I) and its four Provincial Statistical Offices (PSOs) have hit another milestone in PhilID issuance, now at 2,018,699.

The PSA continues to work closely with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) for card printing and production, and the Philippine Postal Corporation (Post Office) for PhilID delivery.

The table below shows the summary of the total number of PhilIDs delivered by province in the region.

In addition, the four PSOs in the region also continue to issue ePhilIDs to registered persons through plaza-type and house-to-house distribution.

Registered persons may also check if their ePhilID is already available for claiming at registration centers and set an appointment through https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. They may also download their ePhilID if they received an official text message containing a secure link from the PSA.

The PSOs are also conducting PhilSys mobile registration activities as well as setting up registration centers at fixed locations and malls.
