The Philippine Statistics Authority - Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office unwaveringly supports the continuing implementation of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Step 2 Registration across the province. As of 30 April 2024, PhilSys has successfully registered a total number of 2,540,708 Filipinos in Pangasinan, putting the province in the lead in terms of increase in the number of registration outputs. Pangasinan is the top performer with 9,001 increases for the month of April 2024.

The Philippine Statistics Authority is committed to register the remaining unregistered individuals to PhilSys. PSA Pangasinan and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) are working together in commitment to register every beneficiary of the 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) in the National ID system. The ongoing co-location activity with the DSWD contributed to the increase of registration in the province, alongside with the registration of children 1 to 4 years of age.

PSA Pangasinan continues to accept invitations to participate in various events across the province to disseminate information and encourage more people into being PhilSys-registered.

As the primary implementing agency of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Act, PSA continues to maintain the trust and confidence of the public towards the PhilSys.
