24 SEPTEMBER 2024, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte — The Ilocos Norte Provincial Statistics Office (PSO) eagerly participated in the “VibeRun: Takbo para sa mga Servant Heroes” on 01 September 2024, held in conjunction with the 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA).

A total of 17 dedicated PSO personnel joined the 3-kilometer and 6-kilometer run, embodying the spirit of service and camaraderie that the PCSA celebrates. The VibeRun, a colorful fun run, kicked off the month-long celebration of civil service, aimed at promoting physical fitness and mental well-being among government employees. This dynamic event not only encouraged goodwill within the bureaucracy but also had a greater mission — raising funds for the Pamanang Lingkod Bayani Program.

This initiative also serves as a tribute to government employees who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving by offering financial support and scholarship opportunities to their families.

As a reflection on our role as civil servants, the PSO looks forward to continuing its support for initiatives that promote health, camaraderie, and community service.
