The ePhiilD is a proactive strategy of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) that ensures registered persons to immediately enjoy the benefits of being registered to PhilSys and complements the card production strategy.

As of November 30, 2023, the Philippine Statistics Authority - Regional Statistical Services Office 1 (PSA-RSS01) has successfully issued a total of 1,697,177 ePhillDs. The PSOs/FRCs are continuing to issue Mode 1 ePhillDs at Registration Centers across the region, with an additional 5,987 successfully delivered or issued in the llocos Region for the month of November 2023. Among the provinces in the region, llocos Sur recorded the highest number of ePhillDs issued at 2,099, followed by Pangasinan with 1,945, while llocos Norte and La Union issued 1,331 and 612, respectively.

As part of the agency's mandate, the RSSO I and its PSOs continued its efforts to issue ePhillDs to registrants, enabling them to enjoy the benefits of PhilSys-registered. Additionally, the personnel remain committed to providing services to the region.
