The Philippine Statistics Authority - Regional Statistical Services Office I (PSA – RSSO I) conducted the Authentication Service Seminar at Mariano Marcos State University, in Batac City, Ilocos Norte on 30 May 2025.

Registration Officer III Christopher F. Flores presented the Salient features of RA 11055, the three forms of the National ID (PVC, Paper, Digital), The National ID Check or Tier 0 – offline authentication, the Tier 1 (Basic Online Authentication) and the Tier 2 (e-kyc). A demo on how to use the authentication services through the e-verify platform was also presented to the heads of departments of the university, particularly the Registrar, Henedine A. Aguinaldo and IT officers.
